Portraits with a Backdrop

Pre-ceremony, we ventured out to the famous Moulton Barn for the couples first look and first photos together. The natural beauty of the landscape and iconic location provided an incredible variety of backdrops, from the lush meadows to the rustic architecture. The couple’s genuine emotions and the awe-inspiring scenery combined to create timeless and breathtaking images. Every click of the shutter seemed to capture not just their love, but the spirit of the mountains themselves.

The Iconic Wedding Tree: A Timeless Setting

The Wedding Tree, a majestic old pine tree, stood proudly with its sprawling branches and offered a breathtaking and unique setting for this intimate wedding ceremony.  It was a love story was just as beautiful as the backdrop while the couple said their vows.  Along with family in attendance, the presence of the natural beauty of the Grand Tetons provided a sense of timelessness and romance like no other location I've gotten to shoot. All day the weather had been creeping in on us, but thankfully it held off until the first dance was finished and we were already at the cars to head to our next location. We couldn't have asked for a better day!

A Scenic Stop in Jackson Hole

On the way to the reception, we made a memorable stop in Jackson Hole. This picturesque town, known for its charming streets and vibrant atmosphere, offered the perfect opportunity to capture additional moments and celebrate the local flavor. Whether it was a quick stroll through the town’s iconic landmarks or a shooting pool at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, this stop added a delightful touch to the day.

After the magical ceremony, the celebration continued at a  local restaurant. The reception venue, with its warm and inviting atmosphere, offered a charming contrast to the grandeur of the Wedding Tree. The restaurant’s rustic elegance, combined with its exceptional cuisine, created the perfect setting for an evening of joy and togetherness.

The couple and their guests enjoyed a delightful meal, and lively conversations in a space that felt both intimate and celebratory. The restaurant’s cozy ambiance allowed for relaxed and meaningful interactions, making the reception a true reflection of the couple’s style and personality.
